Each cost item within a Mandrel cost breakdown structure can have several actions attached to it so you can control the activities required to develop the budget for a large project or program. A typical actions report is shown here.
Actions can be tracked by status, by due date, by actionee, and by priority. You can display actions in order of due date, or use Mandrel's built-in conditional formatting to highlight such things as overdue actions. Each action has an associated Comments field so you can track activities and data for lengthy and complex actions.
In-Line Editing
Once you have created a report you can edit any of the data from which the report is derived simply by double-clicking on it. That section of the report will then be re-written to show the changes.
